Hotel-like “City Apartment”

Located at the Arch at the Kowloon station, this small but convenient “city apartment” embodies Clifton's design philosophy – from minimization to maximization. With all the internal walls of the flat, including those that compartmentalized the bathroom, being demolished, Clifton successfully made every inch of the flat counts and created the perfect city pad with a magnificent view. The living area begins at the foot of the bed with a sofa bed from A Square while the coffee table is from Franc Franc. The kitchen island adorned with copper mosaic tiles is from Zisa Artec, providing space for dining, storage and food preparation. Clifton replaced the walls in the bathroom with sliding doors, which, when open, has a sea view. The Axor tap and Toto basin at the washroom are purchased from Shui Fung Hong.

This project has been widely covered by the media such as such as Rayli Space, Hong Kong Economic Journal and Sing Tao Property Browser.
